Cosmic Explorers (Elementary Program)

The Cosmic Explorers, the elementary program for children ages 6 -12, is for the children to build upon the foundations they began in Children’s House. Through stories, children gain a deep appreciation for those who have come before us and a sense of pride that they are a part of the historical journey of life on this planet. This level of learning is called ‘Cosmic Education’ because the students discover the larger world around them and are eager to become a part of it. Their work becomes filled with awe and wonder and their questions guide their learning.

The teacher and the students work together to make sure that students master the basics of an age-appropriate curriculum while exploring areas of personal interest. Students record their work choices and set clear goals as part of their journey of independence at the elementary level.
