PROGRAMS:

All program times are 8:15-3:00 pm Monday-Friday.
I would like my 3-12 year old child placed in the following program for 2024-2025:

Children's House:
3 yr old ($6,480/yr or $720/month) ~ offered as full days only
4 yr old ($3,330/yr or $370/month) ~ Collaborative Grant ~ Student must turn 4 on or before September 15, 2024
5 or 6 yr old ($5,220/yr or $580/month)

Cosmic Explorers (Elementary Program):
6-12 yr olds ($5,220/yr or $580/month)

AFTER SCHOOL CARE:

Offered from 3:15-5:30 pm Monday-Friday.
I plan to utilize the following option for 2024-2025:

SCHEDULED RATE
3 or more days per week schedule ($15 per child per day) billed regardless of attendance
1 or 2 day per week schedule ($20 per child per day) billed regardless of attendance

DROP-IN RATE
Drop-in after school care is offered Mon-Fri ($20 per child per day)

NOTE: Availability is not guaranteed due to staffing constraints. Arrangements/confirmations will be made in August.

BILLING POLICY: After School Care payments are due the 5th for the previous month (example: September's bill would be due October 5th).

TUITION:

The NEIM academic year is September-May and tuition is required by the 1st of each month (Sept-May).

I understand that NEIM is a tuition based Montessori school. All payments will be made regardless of child attending or not attending. This will also remain true if: families take vacations; leave due to J-Term; or a family's choice to take extended time away from school.

TUITION DISCOUNTS:

I would like to utilize a tuition discount:
A 5% discount is provided for families who have more than one child enrolled in the program. The discount applies to each additional sibling with the lowest tuition.
A 5% discount is offered to families who wish to pay the yearly tuition amount in full before September 1st. You can choose this option for one or all/both of your children.
A 2.5% discount is offered to families who wish to pay their tuition at the beginning of each semester (due in Sept and Jan).

NOTE: Discounts do not apply to After School Program rates. Head of School will calculate your discount/s and email you your total.
