We are happy to offer open registration for the 2022-2023 school year!

  1. Please fill out the form below to register your child/ren.
  2. Remember to fill out a separate form for each child.
  3. After you hit “submit” please wait to confirm that your registration was successfully submitted or if there are any errors you need to fix.
  4. We understand that many families would like to provide a Montessori education to their children, but are limited financially. Several possibilities may exist for qualifying families. Please visit our Financial Aid page to learn more.

    Place my 3-12 year old child in the following program for 2022-2023*:

    Children's House:
    3 yr old - Half day program* ($3,555/yr or $395/month)
    3 yr old - Full day program ($5,805/yr or $645/month)
    4 yr old - Full day program ~ Collaborative Grant ~ Student must turn 4 on or before September 15, 2022 ($2,610/yr or $290/month)
    5 yr old - Full day program ($4,635/yr or $515/month)

    Elementary Program:
    6-12 yr olds - ($4,635/yr or $515/month)

    NOTE: *All program times are 8:15-3:00 pm Monday-Friday except for the 3 year old Half Day program which is 8:15-11:30 am.

    NOTE: The After School Care Supervisor will reach out to you by the end of August 2022.

    I understand that NEIM is a tuition based Montessori school - all payments will be made regardless of child attending or not attending. This will also remain true if families take vacations and leaves due to J-Term or a families choice to take extended time away from school.

    NOTE: The NEIM academic year is September-May and tuition is required by the 1st of each month (Sept-May). A 5% discount is given to those who choose to pay their annual tuition up front by September 1st. A 5% discount will be given to an enrolled sibling.

    By enrolling my child/ren in NEIM, I agree to assist with/or financially contribute $50 to each of the three major fundraisers which may be paid in total at the beginning of the school year.

    NOTE: Families unable to assist with fundraisers have the option of paying $50 at the time of each missed event or $150 at the beginning of the school year to cover all events. Please deliver your fundraiser fees in person or via mail to the Head of School. To pay your Yearly Fundraising Fee at this time, please visit our PayPal link below.

    I commit to send a non-refundable $100.00 registration fee per family.

    I understand the registration fee must be received by January 31, 2022 or my child/ren's spot for the 2022-2023 school year can not be guaranteed.

    -In person (hand to staff member for Head of School/Miss Rachael)
    -Drop box by front door on Water St

    If you wish to make a payment via PayPal please click the “Make a Payment” button below. You can pay for your Registration Fee, the Yearly Fundraising Fee or both. If you choose the credit or debit option through the PayPal account please add a note (under the dollar amount section) of what you are paying for.

    REMINDER: The Registration Fee is only due PER FAMILY, not per child.
